Answered Prayers
“So, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fire…Their hair was not burned, their robes were not burned, and they didn’t even smell like smoke!” Daniel 3…26-…27 (NCV)
Billy came home Wednesday, May 13, after a 31-day hospital stay. Look at the picture below. Cheryl took it as soon as he got home from the hospital. He is sitting outside enjoying a meal of steamed fish and grits prepared by his wife. As my mom would say, “he looks like new money.” He does not even look like he has been through ongoing dialysis and two surgeries: his gallbladder and his foot. I was overjoyed and amazed when I saw this picture and immediately thought of the above scripture from Daniel. Three young men were tossed into a furnace and came out without the smell of smoke. I thought, my brother has been in the hospital for an extensive stay, in the middle of a pandemic and has come out of the hospital without the look of sickness. Instead, looking handsome and well. Thank You God!!!
So, thank you for all your prayers and support; continue to pray and visualize Billy and Cheryl healthy, whole, and strong. He has ongoing dialysis and physical therapy ahead of him. Prayers and support are needed now as much as before.
Again, thank you so much!!!
Dear God, thank You for fulfilling the vision of seeing Billy home with his wife, cats, and dog. You are an above and beyond God. Continue to strengthen Billy and Cheryl as they go through this period of recuperation. As always God, extend this blessing to everyone recovering from something. Sickness, financial troubles, family issues, etc. Strengthen them and ease their burdens. Thank You God, in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen, Amen, Amen!!!
